Coming from north: From Munich you drive in direction of Garmisch until the Fernpass. Follow the Ötztal in direction Timmelsjoch. Then you drive down on a winding road until Brixen. From there you continue towards east, passing the dam of Mühlbach, until the beginning of the Pustertal valley and Vintl.
Coming from south: From Venice the road passes near Bassano del Grappa, Asiago and the Vèzzena Pass. If you come to Asiago and pass the pass you reach the wonderful Altopiano. You drive down to Caldonazzo, continue until Pergine and the Redebus Pass and drive through Cavalese until Bolzano. From Brixen you reach soon Vintl.
Coming from west: On this road you will find many curves and hair-pin bends. From Friedrichshafen you drive on the Arlberg Pass, you continue on the Norberthöhe and pass the Reschenpass. And it’s not enough. You drive along the Vinschgau and over the Gampenpass and Mendelpass until Bolzano. From there you continue towards north until Brixen, from where you will reach Vintl.
Coming from east: From Lienz to Olang and from there up to Furcia Pass, where the beautiful view on the valley invites to take a rest. From the town Bruneck you continue on the main road until Vintl.
