General conditions
Prices are understood per person and for the period of time stated, including all incorporated services. Prices for children are valid if there are two adults in the same room at full rate.
The rooms are available for you from 2 p.m. On the day of your departure, you must leave your room at 11 a.m. at the latest.
Deposit from 3 overnight stays.
A booking is accepted if a deposit of € 200 per room has been made by bank transfer to Raiffeisenkasse Vintl, J.-A.-Zollerstrasse, I - 39030 Vintl. Swift code: RZSBIT21050. IBAN number: IT50 X 0829 559080 000300001309, or online by credit card.
The deposit is also regarded as a cancellation charge. In addition, the international conditions and requirements for cancellation are valid. Cancellations up to one month before the start of your holiday are free of charge. Otherwise, 50% of your booked holiday will be charged to you. If you arrive later or leave early, you must pay 70% of the days you have not stayed with us. For this reason, we recommend you take out a European Travel Cancellation Insurance when you book your holiday. You will not be refunded for any services you did not use during package holiday weeks.
It is always possible that something unforeseen happens just before the start of your holidays. Our Cancellation Insurance makes sure that you are covered from a financial point of view. In the case that you arrive at your holiday destination late, or not at all, or you have to leave earlier than anticipated, EU regulations stipulate that you can be charged cancellation fees. In order to keep you financially sound during a time like this, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, so that these cancellation fees are covered by the European Travel Cancellation Insurance.
