Fine wines for discerning gourmets

Fine wines play an important part in the great indulgent spectacle at our Lodenwirt restaurant in Val Pusteria/Pustertal because we think that indulgence is not just a question of culinary arts. Before we clear the stage for our dishes, we are happy to conjure up a sparkling aperitif that will whet your appetite. Then it’s curtain up for the meal of your choice – you can find a wine recommendation to accompany every dish on our menu and we will of course also be delighted to personally recommend a glass or bottle of wine to you from our extensive range. We store roughly 450 fine wines and distillates from South Tyrol and abroad in our wine cellar. And best of all: We are Italy's exclusive and only distribution partner of Weingut Schätzel in Nierstein, whose fine wines convince with unique and irresistible aromas.

There is still an epilogue to the whole thing, when the waiting staff of your trust approach with the schnapps. We present spirits from South Tyrol and all over the world on our schnapps trolley. Anyone who would rather treat themselves to a smoky whisky or a fine glass of rum and a cigar to finish is in just the right place here. You can withdraw to the smoker’s room in the lounge bar and review the indulgent production.
