Prices are per person and for the period of time stated, including all incorporated services.
Prices for children are valid if there are two adults in the same room at full rate.
Check in is possible after 3.00 p.m.
On arrival day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room until 11.00 a.m.

Deposit
A booking is final once a deposit of 30% of the total fee has been paid. Please transfer the amount to the following account:

Local tax
Furthermore, the local tax of 3.50 euro per person and night applies as defined (except for children under 14 years).

Cancellations:
Up to 6 weeks before arrival day – 0% cancellation fee
6 to 4 weeks before arrival day – 30% cancellation fee
4 to 1 week before arrival day – 50% cancellation fee
From 6 days before arrival day or in case of a no show – 100% cancellation fee

Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance when you book your holiday. You will not be refunded for any services you did not use during package holidays.

It is always possible that something unforeseen happens just before the start of your holiday. Our cancellation insurance ensures that you are covered from a financial point of view. In case of late arrival, no show or early departure, EU regulations stipulate that you can be charged cancellation fees. In order to keep you financially sound during a time like this, we recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance, so that you are covered by the European Travel Cancellation Insurance:

Guest Pass

• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
